Position Details:

• Title: Journeyman Controls Electrician
• Location: Lansing, MI
• Status: Full-Time
• Travel: Local to the Lansing metro area

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical or controls installation (Journeyman License preferred)
• Proficient in bending conduit, pulling wire, and building/terminating control panels
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits
• Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Strong understanding of HVAC control systems and low-voltage wiring
• Experience with BAS platforms (Johnson, Tridium, Honeywell, etc.) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, and test BAS wiring and equipment
• Support the commissioning of building automation systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and control-related issues
• Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and specifications
• Follow electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
