A national leader in mission-critical infrastructure is seeking a Power Systems Representative to support electrical distribution and power backup systems across data center environments. Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Compensation: $80,000–$115,000+ (Base + OT + Bonus)
- Base Pay: $70,000–$85,000 (40 hours guaranteed)
- Overtime: 10+ hours/week average
- Bonus: Performance-Based

Ideal Candidate Background:
- Military veterans with electrical systems experience (e.g., Navy Nuke, Air Force, Coast Guard, Army Technical)
- Professionals with experience in electrical systems, UPS/switchgear, or data centers
Training & Onboarding:
- Direct product and digital tools training provided
- Initial onboarding in Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission UPS systems, switchgear, and battery backup systems
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, and software issues
- Support 480V+ mission-critical power systems
- Perform on-site inspections and startup procedures
- Respond to service calls and complete field diagnostics
