Tridium Specialist – San Francisco Bay Area – $80K–$140K + Car Allowance + Benefits

About the Opportunity:

A top-tier Building Automation company is looking for an experienced Tridium Specialist to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid role is approximately 80% field-based and 20% remote or office and is open to both Union and Non-Union candidates.

You’ll join a strong Controls Team filled with high-level programmers and integrators. The company is known for paying above-market rates and for fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

Position Details:

• Title: Tridium Specialist
• Location: San Francisco Bay Area
• Status: Union or Non-Union
• Schedule: 80% Field / 20% Remote or Office
• Compensation: $80,000–$140,000 (Based on Experience) + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and commission DDC systems using Tridium Niagara
• Work on a mix of retrofit, service, and new construction projects
• Develop applications from pre-built libraries or from scratch
• Rewrite sequences, set alarms and trends, and troubleshoot control issues
• Perform 3rd-party integration: BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.
• Oversee your own project scope, timelines, and delivery
• Coordinate with field staff, customers, and project managers

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years experience with Tridium programming and commissioning
• Proficient with DDC logic and field device integration
• Skilled at troubleshooting and building custom sequences
• Comfortable managing projects independently and client-facing interactions
