Position Details:

• Title: Security Installation Technician
• Location: Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area
• Salary: $30/hr – $35/hr (DOE) + Overtime
• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and support integrated security systems per project specifications
• Ensure high-quality installations aligned with customer scope and safety standards
• Coordinate with Lead Technician, Project Managers, and customers on-site
• Use ConnectWise to complete daily job entries, update floor plans, track devices, and submit documentation electronically
• Perform redlines on schedules and panel layouts as required
• Adhere to OSHA and customer-specific site guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–3+ years of experience in security system installation or low-voltage integration
• PLT License (Power Limited Technician) required
• Experience with access control systems such as AMAG, Lenel, ProWatch, DSX, or Feenics
• Experience with video surveillance systems like Milestone, Exacq, Avigilon, and OpenEye
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused
