• Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BAS programming logic and graphical interfaces (Tridium front ends)
• Create control system databases from scratch for new and retrofit installations
• Program and troubleshoot control logic using protocols such as BACnet, LONworks, and Modbus
• Visit job sites to implement, test, and commission programming solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure project success
• Oversee programming lifecycle from concept to final commissioning

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in Building Automation programming
• Tridium N4 Certification (Required)
• Strong understanding of BAS/DDC systems, protocols, and system architecture
• Experience interpreting construction and system design documents
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
