Position Details:
- Title: Building Automation Service Specialist
- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Travel: Local travel within the Indianapolis metro area
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and service requests
- Replace, upgrade, or modify BAS equipment and systems
- Create and program custom applications from scratch
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, and system issues
- Complete software and graphics upgrades
- Accurately document work and submit timely reports
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and service updates
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $30.00 – $45.00/hr (Based on Experience)
- Bonus: 10% Quarterly Bonus (Company & Individual Performance)
- Overtime: Occasional, based on service needs

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Tridium and other BAS platforms (Alerton, Honeywell, KMC, Siemens)
- Hands-on background as a BAS technician, controls specialist, or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in mechanical and digital systems
- Comfortable with programming and commissioning BAS systems from scratch
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
