This role is responsible for supporting customers, generating quotes, processing orders, and collaborating with outside sales and field technicians to provide exceptional service in the water and wastewater industry. • Schedule: Full-time, minimal travel required

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed product and pricing information.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process orders using ERP and CRM systems.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, applications, and controls technologies.
• Work closely with outside sales to manage accounts and identify new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a related sales/support role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare accurate quotes and documentation.
• Technical knowledge of control systems and related applications preferred.
• Comfortable using ERP and CRM platforms for order management.
