CNC Mill Operator/Set-Up – Night Shift Only – Bothell, WA.

Fluke Metal Products’ principal focus is the manufacture of close tolerance, precision machined parts for the Medical Device and Implant, Electromechanical and Avionic Markets.

Night Shift Position – M-TH 4:30 pm – 2:30 am – Overtime available on Fridays.

We have 2 openings on nights.

A successful applicant will have the following skills -

- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings

- Full understanding of GD&T and Basic Shop Math

- Use of Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages and Standard Measuring Equipment

- Dexterity to handle small parts and ability to inspect some parts under microscope

- Full understanding of M and G codes and ability to edit programs a plus

- Ability to machine close tolerance and highly cosmetic parts

Daily responsibilities include – Kitamura CNC Milling Center with Fanuc Controls - Vertical / Horizontal

- Setting up Machine for first piece approval

- Operating individual machine for one off to production

- Adjust and replace tooling as needed

- Manage in process quality at the machine level

- Deburr and finish parts while in production
