Key Responsibilities
- Design PLC, HMI, sensor, drive, and device-based control system architectures
- Create I/O lists, network topologies, schematics, and integration documentation
- Coordinate and review Master Control Panel (MCP) drawing sets and BOMs
- Program, test, and maintain controls logic and automation device code
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and panel shop production
- Lead on-site installations and integration support for electrical/mechanical teams
- Collaborate with customers for IT/Network integration and commissioning
- Lead functional testing, startup, and go-live efforts
- Mentor junior engineers and support project execution alongside PMs
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of hands-on controls engineering experience
- Background in conveyor systems, material handling, or industrial automation
- Strong understanding of PLC/HMI systems and electrical integration
- Willingness to travel locally up to 35%
