_*What You'll Be Building*_
*Our core stack includes:*
* *HubSpot CRM*
* *QuickBooks Online*
* *Zapier*
* *Custom HubSpot workflows using APIs*
* Marketing and lead‑generation integrations
*These systems support everything from:*
* marketing attribution
* sales pipeline management
* quoting and payments
* accounting reconciliation
* project operations
Your role will be to *own and evolve this automation backbone.*
*What You’ll DoDesign & Maintain CRM Architecture*
* Administer and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem
* Design workflows supporting marketing, sales, project operations, and finance
* Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting systems
* Develop dashboards for leadership and operations teams
*Build Automation & Integrations*
* Maintain integrations between *HubSpot, QuickBooks, and other platforms*
* Build automation using *Zapier and HubSpot custom code workflows*
* Design API‑based integrations when needed
* Troubleshoot automation failures and improve system reliability
*Bridge CRM and Accounting Systems*
One of the most interesting parts of this role is maintaining the integration between *HubSpot and QuickBooks*.
*This includes automation for:*
* invoices
* payments
* payables
* transaction tracking
* reconciliation support
A strong candidate will understand *both CRM workflows and accounting logic.*
*Improve Internal Operations*
*You will work across departments including:*
* sales
* marketing
* finance
* project management
Your job is to identify opportunities where *automation can remove manual work and reduce errors.*

* 3+ years working with *HubSpot CRM*
* Experience building *complex workflows and automation*

* Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking ability
*Strongly Preferred*
* Experience with *HubSpot custom code workflows*
* Experience working with *HubSpot APIs*
* Background in *RevOps or Revenue Operations*
* Basic programming experience (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
* Experience working with *service companies or home services businesses*
