Operate Robotic Welders: Fabricate high-quality parts and assemblies for Offroad, Powersports, Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor enthusiasts.High-Tech Equipment: Work with cutting-edge Fanuc Robots integrated with Lincoln welders.Smart Automation: Use autonomous robots to send products downstream and return empty carts with the click of a button.Quality First: Perform quality checks to ensure only the best products are sent out the door.Shop Stewardship: Keep work areas clean and organized while taking proper care of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.Everything Provided: No personal equipment or tools are needed; we provide everything you need to succeed.

Qualifications (Entry-Level Welcome!)

MIG Welding Knowledge: You must understand the fundamentals of MIG welding, though previous robotic experience is not required.Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software interfaces.Detail Oriented: A strong eye for quality and the ability to see tasks through to completion.Winning Attitude: A desire for self-improvement and a passion for working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.Ability to handle and move materials frequently, including occasionally moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to respond quickly to visual and audible cues.
