This role is the backbone of our field operations, requiring a leader who can manage and grow a full team of Installation Leads and Specialists.
We are looking for a 'working manager' who is equally comfortable in a high-level coordination meeting as they are on a ladder demonstrating a complex termination to a junior team member.
You will be the primary architect of our manpower scheduling, ensuring the right people are on the right sites at the right time, while maintaining a heavy focus on the technical training and onboarding of new personnel.

Compensation Range: $45.00 to $50.00 /hour depending on experience
