*Responsibilities*

Work at our customer locations across the New York Metropolitan area:

* Programming and configuring Building Automation Systems in proprietary object-oriented programming languages.
* Designing user interfaces for Building Automation Systems to effectively communicate system status and feedback to the end user.
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of video management and card access systems.
* Troubleshooting and fixing issues for existing customer systems.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Systems Networking, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, similar engineering discipline or equivalent experience required
* Past IT experience where you acquired troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and customer relations required
* 2 years prior BMS programming experience preferred
* Knowledge of Schneider Electric, Distech or Tridium preferred
* Proficient with TCP/IP networks, Windows 10 and Windows Server platforms setup and maintenance
* Vehicle and clean license a plus.
