Job Summary:
We seek enthusiastic and creative CNC Machinists to join our team, with normal weekday day-shift hours from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. We desire strong set-up, modeling, programming, and technical CNC machining expertise, including trouble-shooting, measuring, print-reading, tool-selection, and finishing skills, and a dedication to quality and customer service. Must be reliable, and must have mechanical aptitude and good mathematics skills.

Preferred candidates feature:

* Eight or more years of experience in CNC machine set-up, programming, and operation in a fabrication and machine shop environment
* Experience with one or more of CNC vertical and horizontal mills and boring mills, and vertical and horizontal turret lathes
* Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and material specifications, and to measure with micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, pi tapes, and other instruments
* Capability to model and program 2D and 3D CAD software to generate efficient and effective tool-paths
* Comfort with Fanuc, Haas, and Toshiba interfaces
* Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
* Skill in selecting optimal tooling for each project
* Ability to machine accurately and neatly, and to clean up parts, including deburring, breaking edges, and tapping
* Other duties as assigned
