Job Summary:Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for driving the revenue growth, operational excellence and overall branch performance within a (BAS) building automation controls environment. The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on operational execution to ensure projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and at a high level of customer satisfaction with service sales and contracts alignment.
The Branch Manager serves as the primary leader and market-facing representative of the branch, driving business development, strengthening customer relationships, and building a high-performing teams aligned with EMCOR values. Compensation Range: $170,000 to $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance. Eligible candidates may also participate in a performance-based incentive or bonus program, in accordance with company plans and policies.
