Summary:

Experience is a plus but must have the ability to be trained and willing to learn if not experienced.

 

The right candidate will 

Be able to perform set-ups and operations on various machines such as:CNC Horizontal Mills (Heidenhain Control)CNC Vertical Mills (Fanuc Control)CNC Vertical Lathe (Siemens Control)CNC Horizontal Lathe (Siemens Control)CNC Horizontal Lathe (Fanuc Control)Manual Vertical Mill (Bridgeport)Manual Vertical Lathe (6 Foot)Manual Horizontal Mill (Supermill)Horizontal Lathe (Poreba)Have experience with using measuring devices such as:Tape MeasureInside/Outside MicsCalipersDepth MicsUnderstanding of and ability to read blueprintsGood math skillsAbility to work with others and follow directionsHave excellent attendanceBe aware of surrounds and safety of othersReport any and all unsafe conditions immediatelyHazard Communications- Knows/understands hazard of the job assignment before startingBasic understanding of safety policies and proceduresPerforms clean upAbility to operate a fork truck (training will be provided on site)Ability to operate a crane safely (training will be provided on site)Lift equipment safelyKnowing where disconnect switches arePerform inspection of crane before useInspect straps and chains before useChecking any and all rigging before performing lift
