United Building Integrations (UBI) is a low voltage contractor specializing in Building Automation Systems (BAS). We partner with building owners and operators to deliver high-quality control installations. We're hiring 2 Limited Energy Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Install pathways (EMT, etc.), cable, sensors, and devices for Building Automation Systems
- Communicate with the project Foreman on inventory needs for quality installation
- Install all pathway and electrical components per NEC and site-specific requirements
Requirements
- Current Oregon Limited Energy License (LEA/LEB) — required
- Experience installing EMT and other electrical pathways
- Washington Electrical License (06) a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an installation technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or related systems
- Building automation/controls experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
