Responsibilities:

* Perform necessary pre-operation duties to ensure proper equipment startup
* Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to mitigate unplanned stops and ensure quality throughput
* Ability to communicate with team to drive continuous production of the correct products with minimal wasted time and materials
* Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station

Skills/Proficiencies:

* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* At least 5 years as a machine operator
* Attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of production procedures
* Abilities to read detailed part drawings

Recommendations:

* Experience with general G/M Code
* Knowledge of Okuma (OSP controls) and Hardinge (Fanuc Controls)
