A global technology company is seeking a Power Systems Representative to support mission-critical electrical systems across data center environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on electrical field service role ideal for those with military electrical backgrounds or prior experience in UPS, switchgear, and industrial power systems.
Position Details:
- Title: Power Systems Representative (Electrical)
- Location: Ashburn, VA
- Work Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based
- Travel: Limited regional travel; initial training in Dallas, TX
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Compensation: $90,000–$115,000+ (Base + OT + Bonus)
- Base Pay: $70,000–$85,000 (40 hours guaranteed)
- Overtime: 10+ hours/week average
- Bonus: Performance-Based

Ideal Candidate Background:
- Option 1: Former military technicians (Navy Nuke, Air Force, Coast Guard, Army – Power Systems)
- Option 2: Industry professionals with experience in UPS, Switchgear, Data Center Power, or related fields
Training & Onboarding:
- Comprehensive onboarding and direct product training
- Digital tools and process training included
- Initial onboarding takes place in Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within high-security data centers for Fortune 100 clients
- Install and commission uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and switchgear
- Handle maintenance and service of electrical distribution equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and control systems (including 480V+)
- Conduct system testing, site assessments, and QA procedures
