Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based
• Travel: Limited regional travel; initial training in Dallas, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation: $90,000–$115,000+ (Base + OT + Bonus)
• Base Pay: $70,000–$85,000 (40 hours guaranteed)
• Overtime: 10+ hours/week average
• Bonus: Performance-Based

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Military-trained technicians with electrical or power systems experience (e.g., Navy Nuke, Air Force, Army Technical, Coast Guard)
• Industry professionals with backgrounds in UPS, switchgear, data centers, or industrial electrical systems

Training & Onboarding:

• Comprehensive product training and digital tools training provided
• Initial training conducted in Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission UPS systems, switchgear, and battery equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and software systems
• Handle 480V+ power systems in high-security data center environments
• Perform system inspections, pre-startup checks, and regular maintenance
• Respond to service calls and conduct onsite diagnostics as needed
