Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of field technicians in the installation, maintenance, and service of HVAC control systems
- Collaborate with project management to coordinate manpower and schedule crews
- Monitor workload distribution between subcontractors and internal teams for efficiency
- Ensure pre-project installation layouts and field activities align with project scope and requirements
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for installation-related questions and issues
- Participate in performance evaluations and mentor field staff
- Review control drawings and plans, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Lead Field Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, automation, and troubleshooting
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system specifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
