Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of field technicians in the installation, maintenance, and service of HVAC control systems
• Collaborate with project management to coordinate manpower and schedule crews
• Monitor workload distribution between subcontractors and internal teams for efficiency
• Ensure pre-project installation layouts and field activities align with project scope and requirements
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for installation-related questions and issues
• Participate in performance evaluations and mentor field staff
• Review control drawings and plans, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Lead Field Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, automation, and troubleshooting
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system specifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
