Position Details:

• Title: Controls Programmer
• Salary: $105,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: 7.5% Profit Sharing Program (starting immediately)
• Work Type: In-Office with Occasional Field Support
• Remote: Not initially offered; may be considered based on qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Program custom applications from scratch or using prepackaged libraries
• Develop detailed automation designs and prepare submittals
• Integrate and program controls for third-party building automation systems
• Develop and modify software for new and existing systems
• Interpret mechanical/control drawings and sequences of operation
• Create and develop front-end graphics
• Test and calibrate inputs and outputs
• Install and troubleshoot networked workstations and control systems
• Provide remote and on-site support
• Train end users on system operation
