This role involves installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning of DDC building automation systems across a wide range of facilities. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Technician
• Hourly Wage: $35.00 – $65.00/hr (DOE)
• Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: In-Office/Field-Based (No Remote)
• Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair BAS control systems
• Install and test building automation systems (including wiring and conduit)
• Commissioning protocols and point-to-point checkout
• Write and modify BAS programs (custom and library-based)
• Assist with equipment start-up and controls terminations
• Perform diagnostics and calibrate control systems
• Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Provide exceptional field service and technical support
