A highly regarded HVAC and building automation firm is hiring a BAS Project Manager to help lead and grow their controls division in the Houston metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented project leader with BAS expertise to manage large-scale construction and retrofit projects from start to finish.

Position Details:

• Title: BAS Project Manager
• Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Remote: No (On-site only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BAS projects through full life cycle
• Review blueprints, specifications, and control submittals
• Estimate project costs including labor, materials, and equipment
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and labor resources
• Perform and track change orders as required
• Conduct project forecasting and financial reporting
• Oversee project meetings, safety briefings, and site visits
• Collaborate with internal divisions for work coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation on cost, materials, and labor tracking
