Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and control sequences
- Service both open and proprietary building automation systems
- Perform full device checkout, point verification, and system validation
- Integrate with protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet
- Install and configure DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
- Build and wire low-voltage control panels from schematics
- Terminate and label all low-voltage cabling accurately
- Calibrate field devices for precision and system accuracy
- Document daily commissioning results and maintain logs
