Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers and control sequences
• Service both open and proprietary building automation systems
• Perform full device checkout, point verification, and system validation
• Integrate with protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet
• Install and configure DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
• Build and wire low-voltage control panels from schematics
• Terminate and label all low-voltage cabling accurately
• Calibrate field devices for precision and system accuracy
• Document daily commissioning results and maintain logs
