Controls Specialist (BAS / SCADA / EPMS / DCIM) – $85K–$135K + Bonus – Ashburn, VA – Mission-Critical Projects

About the Opportunity:

A fast-growing and highly respected Data Center and Building Automation Solutions company is hiring a Controls Specialist to join their team in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS platforms in high-availability environments such as data centers, hospitals, or other critical facilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and install BAS, SCADA, and EPMS systems in a data center environment
• Integrate systems via TCP/IP, BACnet, Modbus, and other standard communication protocols
• Commission Tridium/Niagara and proprietary controllers; rewrite control logic as needed
• Perform point-to-point device verification and functional testing
• Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
• Calibrate sensors and actuators for system accuracy and performance
