A fast-growing and nationally recognized Data Center and Building Automation Solutions firm is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist with experience in BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS platforms. Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Estimated 10%–20% performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and install BAS, SCADA, and EPMS in Data Center environments
• Integrate systems using Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet protocols
• Commission Tridium/Niagara or other proprietary platforms
• Rewrite and update control sequences as needed
• Perform point-to-point device checkout and verification
• Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and panels
• Calibrate sensors and actuators for accuracy
