A leading Building Automation and Data Center Solutions provider is hiring a Controls Specialist for a stationary Data Center site in Lithia Springs, GA. Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: Estimated 10%–20%

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and install BAS, SCADA, and EPMS in a data center environment
- Integrate protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet, etc.
- Commission Tridium/Niagara and proprietary controllers; rewrite and optimize control sequences
- Conduct point-to-point device checkout and verification
- Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
