A leading Building Automation and Data Center Solutions provider is hiring a Controls Specialist for a stationary Data Center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals experienced with BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS platforms who want to work in a high-impact, mission-critical environment.

Position:

• Title: Controls Specialist (Mid & Senior Level Openings)
• Systems: BAS, SCADA, DCIM, EPMS (Tridium/Niagara experience is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Estimated 10%–20%

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and install BAS, SCADA, and EPMS in a data center environment
• Integrate protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet, etc.
• Commission Tridium/Niagara and proprietary controllers; rewrite and optimize control sequences
• Conduct point-to-point device checkout and verification
• Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
