A leading fire life safety and security integrator is seeking an experienced Healthcare/Security Service Technician II to support clients across the Greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas. Location & Schedule:

• Territory: Los Angeles & San Diego
• Schedule: Hours may vary; must be able to work on-call, weekends, nights, and split shifts as needed
• Travel: Regional travel within assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr
• Overtime: Available (varies)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls for various healthcare and security systems, including EST3, Lenel, and Ascom
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
• Work with a range of systems, including nurse call, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and components
• Provide technical support and training to onsite staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure optimal system performance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical support experience with security, nurse call, and fire life safety systems
• Proficiency with systems such as EST3, Lenel, and Ascom
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex system issues
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to meet required vaccination and immunization requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
