Controls Foreman – Nationwide Travel – $33.00–$35.00/hr + Benefits

This role offers the opportunity to travel across the U.S. on a rotation schedule while overseeing controls installation projects. Position Details:

• Title: Controls Foreman
• Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (nationwide travel required)
• Pay: $33.00–$35.00/hr (Negotiable)
• Overtime: Available depending on workload
• Bonus: Discretionary/performance after one year of employment
• Schedule: 17 Days On, 4 Days Off rotation
• Per Diem: $35/night (including off days, weekends, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Lead controls system installations across new construction and retrofit projects.
• Supervise and direct controls employees on construction projects.
• Interpret and execute control designs, including schematics and blueprints.
• Mount control panels, bend and install conduit, pull wires, and perform terminations.
• Install and secure devices such as relays, sensors, and switches.
• Coordinate with project superintendents, attend meetings, and review documents.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years installing, wiring, and commissioning control systems (BAS, PLCs, HVAC).
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience on controls installation projects.
• Hands-on ability to lead a team in the field.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as building construction phases.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
