• Compensation: Up to $45/hr (flexible, potential up to $50/hr for highly qualified candidates)
• Performance Review: Annual, with 3–5% pay increase potential
• Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and repair building automation and energy management systems.
• Troubleshoot and manipulate BAS programs for commercial and industrial clients.
• Perform point-to-point checkouts, commissioning protocols, and system testing.
• Integrate and program control systems, ensuring efficient operations.
• Work closely with installation teams on equipment start-up and terminations.
• Communicate effectively with building owners, end users, and contractors.
• Collaborate in a team environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Controls Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong background in BAS troubleshooting and controls programming.
• Hands-on experience rewriting sequences and commissioning systems.
• Knowledge of Tridium and ability to integrate multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
