A leading Data Center and Building Automation Solutions company is seeking an experienced BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for professionals with strong controls programming and integration experience. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)
• Location: Denver, CO
• Compensation: $100K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and program BAS controllers and sequences of operation.
• Create BMS submittals, as-builts, and control drawings.
• Configure and integrate BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP systems.
• Support project managers and field engineers remotely.
• Commission control programs and validate system performance.
• Enforce engineering standards and standardized programming practices.
• Coordinate controls efforts with HVAC, MEP, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot BMS networks, servers, and IoT devices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Controls Technician, Application Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency with BAS programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with any BAS product line is acceptable; Tridium Niagara experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
