A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager in Denver, CO. This role is focused on managing mission-critical retrofit and integration projects in the BAS and data center space. • Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager
• Location: Denver, CO
• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead retrofit and integration projects in mission-critical sites.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safe construction practices and compliance with standards.
• Oversee BMS controls, HVAC, and facility upgrades.
• Review drawings, schematics, and technical construction documents.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve construction challenges.
• Deliver projects on time, aligned with client requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing BAS construction or integration projects.
• Strong background in HVAC and Building Automation Systems.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and multi-trade teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Data center project experience is a plus.
