A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager to support projects in Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA. This role is focused on managing BAS construction and retrofit projects for mission-critical facilities. Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit and integration projects in mission-critical facilities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safe construction practices and compliance with standards.
• Oversee BMS controls, HVAC, and facility system upgrades.
• Review and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve construction challenges.
• Deliver projects on time, aligned with client requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing BAS construction or integration projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments is a plus.
