- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop BAS solutions for new and existing clients.
- Conduct site audits and facility performance assessments.
- Create solution scopes that align with ROI and performance targets.
- Present proposals and strategies to client executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract negotiations and closing.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of building automation, mechanical, or data center systems.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to use CRM tools and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused.
