A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager in Houston, TX. This role will oversee BAS construction and retrofit projects across mission-critical and commercial environments. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager
• Location: Houston, TX
• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit and integration projects in mission-critical facilities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safe construction practices and compliance with codes and standards.
• Oversee building automation, HVAC, and facility upgrades.
• Review drawings, schematics, and technical construction documents.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve construction challenges.
• Deliver projects on time and aligned with client expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing BAS construction or integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments is a plus.
