This role will manage the BAS service team, ensuring clients across mission-critical and commercial facilities receive top-quality service and support. Position Details:

• Title: Service Manager (BAS Controls)

• Compensation: $100K–$165K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the BAS field service team.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers for service resolution.
• Schedule and assign technicians to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Track service calls, maintain dispatch records, and ensure proper reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated service calls.
• Hire, mentor, and develop field technicians to support service growth.
• Implement standard operating procedures to improve service operations.
• Support BAS system startup, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Troubleshoot issues at the field controller and network levels.
• Modify wire sheet logic and update programming as needed.
• Document commissioning steps and validate sequences of operation.
• Train end users on BAS system operation and maintenance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing BAS or HVAC service operations.
• Strong background in BAS programming, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of field technicians.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or data center environments is a plus.
