A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for overseeing BAS construction and retrofit projects for mission-critical and commercial facilities. • Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager
• Location: Seattle, WA
• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit and integration projects in mission-critical environments.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure project success.
• Enforce safe construction practices and compliance with codes and standards.
• Oversee BMS controls, HVAC systems, and facility upgrades.
• Review and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical construction documents.
• Coordinate installations with engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.
• Deliver projects on time, aligned with client expectations and standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing BAS construction or integration projects.
• Technical knowledge of building automation and HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead teams and effectively coordinate subcontractors.
• Skilled at reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center projects is preferred.
