Responsibilities:

• Program, test, and commission BAS systems per project scope and specifications.
• Lead integration of legacy control systems into modern BAS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues at controller, network, and integration levels.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and system devices for optimal performance.
• Oversee BAS design execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with field installation teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Apply building analytics to improve energy efficiency and performance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Extensive programming and integration work with Tridium Niagara systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced BAS professional with 8+ years in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting controls.
• Niagara Certified, with proven hands-on expertise in Niagara environments.
• Strong background in legacy system integration and building analytics.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
