Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot BAS systems.
• Program and integrate BAS databases from scratch, including rewriting sequences.
• Conduct commissioning protocols and point-to-point checkouts.
• Work closely with controls installations and startup/termination of equipment and programs.
• Troubleshoot and adjust existing BAS programs to optimize performance.
• Apply knowledge of HVAC systems such as boilers, chillers, RTUs, AHUs, and VAVs.
• Utilize communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LON.
• Read and interpret control circuitry, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Provide commissioning documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicate effectively with building owners, end users, and general contractors.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced BAS technician with 5+ years in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Must have Tridium Niagara experience.
• Strong background in HVAC systems and BAS integration.
• Skilled in database programming, rewrites, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in industry-standard communication protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
