Position Details:

• Title: BAS Project Manager
• Location: Baltimore, MD (covering MD, D.C., and NoVA)
• Salary: Up to $130,000 (mid-to-senior level)
• Bonus: End-of-year, based on company performance and individual contribution
• Company Vehicle: Provided (typically after 30 days, depending on inventory)
• Experience: Prior BAS Project Management or similar experience required

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project installations, staging, and scheduling.
• Oversee project budgets, manpower, and material usage to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and change orders as required.
• Collaborate with engineering and management teams to maintain quality control and track progress.
• Engage external experts as needed to validate design accuracy and completeness.
• Review job cost reports and align workforce with projected cash flow requirements.
• Provide technical support to customers and field teams during installations.
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a BAS Project Manager or in a related role.
• Strong background in BAS controls, HVAC systems, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage concurrent projects.
• Ability to deliver technical support and ensure project profitability.
