Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and program BAS and smart building control systems.
• Develop point lists, sequences of operation, and technical shop drawings.
• Program local stations and user interfaces, including Niagara N4.
• Integrate BAS networks using BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols.
• Troubleshoot system hardware/software and provide advanced technical support.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support commissioning, testing, and compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design templates and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Open to all experience levels – Junior to Senior candidates welcome.
• Experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience programming with Niagara N4 a strong plus.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript or HTML is a bonus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering preferred but not required.
