• Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Design and program DDC/BAS control systems for HVAC and energy management applications
• Develop control sequences, electrical drawings, and system documentation
• Validate engineered bills of material and review vendor submittals for accuracy
• Create installation packages, submittal sets, and as-built documentation
• Support system commissioning, graphics creation, and client training
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and meet specifications

Requirements

• Experience with Building Automation or HVAC control systems
• Proficiency in computer programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid team environment
