- Title: BAS Project Engineer
- Schedule: Hybrid (2 Days in Office / 3 Days Remote)
- Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 Base + Bonus Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Design and program DDC/BAS control systems for HVAC and energy management applications
- Develop control sequences, electrical drawings, and system documentation
- Validate engineered bills of material and review vendor submittals for accuracy
- Create installation packages, submittal sets, and as-built documentation
- Support system commissioning, graphics creation, and client training
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and meet specifications
Requirements
- Experience with Building Automation or HVAC control systems
- Proficiency in computer programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a hybrid team environment
