Position Details

• Title: Tridium Niagara Programmer
• Location: Fully Remote (Work-From-Home)
• Time Zone: Eastern Time (preferred)
• Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 (Base) + Bonus Incentives
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in Tridium Niagara Framework (AX/N4) programming and integration
• PLUS (not required): Experience with Honeywell Spyder programming
• Strong background in building automation or HVAC control systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test Tridium Niagara Framework (AX/N4) systems remotely
• Configure and integrate BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and TCP/IP communication networks
• Design and build user interfaces including dashboards, floorplans, and equipment views
• Create and modify control logic, sequences, and alarm strategies
• Support remote commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of building systems
• Collaborate with field engineers and project managers to ensure system alignment and quality
• Review control drawings, submittals, and device point lists to confirm system accuracy
• Perform software validation and quality checks prior to deployment
• Provide detailed documentation, backups, and technical support for client handover
• Maintain compliance with company standards and best programming practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience programming Tridium Niagara (AX or N4)
• Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, networking, and system architecture
• Proficiency with BACnet and Modbus protocols
• Ability to work independently with remote project management tools
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
