Channel Sales – East
Location: Remote (Home-based) – Must reside within the assigned territory and within 1 hour of a major airport.
East Territory: All states East of the Mississippi River.
Travel: 30–40% (Approx. 8 nights/month)
Compensation: starting at $90k Base | expected $140k–$150k OTE (Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonuses)

Your Mission
You will be the primary engine for growth in your territory, responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enabling the partners (integrators, low-voltage contractors, and distributors) who bring our technology to market.
Partner Recruitment (The "Hunt"): Proactively identify and onboard new high-value partners. You aren't just waiting for sign-ups; you are building a pipeline of 200+ qualified partner opportunities.
Technical Enablement: You will bridge the gap between high-level sales and site-level execution, helping partners understand as-builts, project scoping, and installation.
Strategic Co-Selling: Act as a consultant to your partners, assisting them with RFP responses and solution designs to help them close high-value projects.
Relationship Restoration: Rebuild and revitalize key legacy relationships with major industry players within your region.
Who You Are
The Adaptable Professional: You can pivot seamlessly between presenting ROI to hotel owners and talking shop with Chief Engineers and low-voltage contractors.
The Industry Expert: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel Sales, specifically within IoT, HVAC controls, Building Automation, or SaaS.
The Problem Solver: You have a high sense of urgency and a mindset focused on "how do we get this done?"
Territory Knowledge: You understand the geographical nuances of your region (East or West) and are ready to be on the road 30–40% of the time to support partner growth.
Requirements
Proven track record of partner recruitment and hitting revenue quotas.
Familiarity with the construction industry, low-voltage integrators, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractors.
Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from "cold outreach" to "project commissioning."
Strong CRM and forecasting skills.
Preferred: Experience in Hospitality, Higher Education, or Senior Living markets.
