Controls Programmer – Building Automation & Energy Solutions
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid Flexibility)
Compensation: $45–$60/hr + Annual Bonus ($5K–$10K)

About the Role
A well-established building automation and energy services contractor is hiring a Controls Programmer to support growing project demand across Connecticut.

What You’ll Do
- Program and integrate building automation systems (custom or library-based)
- Develop and modify software for new installations and legacy upgrades
- Create user-friendly front-end graphics and dashboards
- Test and calibrate system inputs/outputs for performance accuracy
- Support networking, workstations, and controls infrastructure
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and user training
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years' experience in controls programming or BAS integration
- Tridium certification preferred
- Familiarity with systems like Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Trane, or Siemens
- Strong understanding of retrofit and new-build project environments
