Key Responsibilities

• Lead mobile app development using Flutter across both iOS and Android platforms
• Design and implement new features for mobile applications supporting smart building technologies
• Optimize app performance and ensure usability and reliability across a wide range of devices
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and IoT communication protocols
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues in production and development environments
• Work closely with product managers and designers to create seamless and intuitive user interfaces

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including leadership roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Flutter and Dart
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, MQTT, and other IoT protocols
• Background in energy management, building automation, or IoT highly preferred
• Experience with BLE, LoRa, or similar wireless communication technologies
• Strong sense of UI/UX and ability to design user-friendly, data-rich applications
