Build the Playbook. Lead the Work. Raise the Bar.
This role is for someone who sees chaos and thinks, “Good. I know what to do with this.”
We are hiring a Project Director who moves fast, builds structure, and leaves things better than they found them. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale role.
If you are energized by ownership, clarity, and momentum, keep reading.

- Design systems, processes, and standards that make execution repeatable and scalable
- Bring order to ambiguity by defining scope, sequencing work, and setting clear expectations
- Lead cross-functional teams with confidence and decisiveness

- Continuously improve how work gets done, documenting what works and fixing what doesn’t
- Serve as a steady, trusted leader clients and internal teams rely on
How You’ll Work

- You prefer building a plan over reacting to noise
- You move quickly but intentionally

What Success Looks Like

- Teams know exactly what “good” looks like
- Processes exist because you built them, not because someone asked

Who You Are
- A self-starter who thrives in environments where things are still being built
- Highly organized, strategic, and decisive
- Comfortable leading strong personalities and setting direction
- Motivated by ownership, improvement, and impact
- Calm under pressure and clear in communication
Why This Role
This is a chance to shape how work gets done, not just manage tasks. You will have the autonomy to build, the authority to lead, and the responsibility to deliver.
If you are the kind of person who naturally steps forward, creates structure, and raises standards, we want to meet you.
At Spyder, we define ourselves not just by what we build, but by who we build... and we never stop improving. We operate as an interconnected network of teams where information flows freely and decisions are made quickly by those closest to the problem. You're not just a Project Director, you're part of an adaptive organization where speed and collaboration defeat rigid hierarchy.
You have the authority to act. We've pushed decision-making down to you because moving fast matters more than perfect control. You can observe, orient, decide, and act faster than our competition because you have both the information and the empowerment you need.
We share information extensively. You have access to company performance data, strategic decisions, and market intelligence because transparency builds trust and enables better decisions across our organization. Your success depends on understanding the full picture, not just your piece of it.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior leadership position, with experience driving growth and profitability. You should be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
