The Opportunity: We are a premier, high-growth Midwest Building Automation contractor specializing in large-scale national rollouts for "Big Box" retail and distribution giants. We are seeking a tech-forward Graphics Designer to develop the "face" of our systems. Unlike traditional roles, we segment our team so you can focus entirely on high-end interface development and process automation from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive, intuitive User Interfaces (GUIs) using Tridium Niagara N4.

• Leverage automation tools, "robots," and scripting to standardize graphics for massive national account deployments.

• Collaborate with Engineering to translate complex Sequences of Operation into visual dashboards.

• Occasional site visits to ensure virtual graphics accurately represent physical mechanical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Technical: Strong familiarity with Tridium Niagara (AX or N4); N4 Certification highly preferred.

• Software: 2+ years of experience with Visio, AutoCAD, or similar design suites.

• Mechanical: A solid understanding of HVAC systems (Chillers, RTUs, VAVs) to ensure technical accuracy.

• Mindset: An "under the hood" tinkerer who prefers an agile, anti-corporate environment.
