Job Summary:This position will ensure our customers know their business is appreciated and that their needs and concerns are our utmost priority. This will be measured by retaining a more significant percentage of our customer base, which will be accomplished by evaluating our performance in communication, documentation, thoroughness, site surveys, timeliness, and sense of urgency and value.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Will handle contract renewals, contract cancellations, customer communication, and maintenance contract packet review.
• Support and assist account managers to ensure a timely contract renewal.
• Support and assist maintenance contract customers located within the operating branch region.
• Assist in procuring customer POs, writing amendments, or attaining new contracts.
• Give leads for additional maintenance opportunities to the Preventative Maintenance team to quote.
• Organize kick-off meetings for all new PMs.
• Have a complete understanding of each customer’s maintenance contract.
• Ensure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the maintenance contract as sold and that those services meet the customer’s expectations.
• Be familiar with specific equipment covered under the customer’s maintenance contract.
• Provide amendment to any active contract that provides coverage for uncovered equipment at the site.
• Complete the assigned reports and submit them to management.
• Document customer responses for feedback and growth to Service Manager and or Operations Manager.
• Monitor all PM data to respond to situations before customers call in proactively.
• Review all PMs on hold and continually follow up on how we will reactivate.
• Work seamlessly between operations and sales to ensure a sense of urgency and other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of contracts support and or customer service.
• Ability to successfully manage customer contracts.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be organized, detailed, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications a plus.
